RTWCS uses two systems for making on-line booking available:

For concerts in the Tunbridge Wells Assembly Hall Theatre

If you follow the link on the concerts page to buy tickets you will be directed to the booking system on the Assembly Hall website. Note that this will involve a booking fee of 5% payable by the purchaser (to cover credit card charges etc.). There will also be 13.5% commission, but this is payable by the choir. Alternatively you can follow this link and search for our concert amongst their forthcoming events. The system allows you to select individual seats.

Other Concerts

For concerts in churches and other venues, we use the on-line booking system through "WeGotTickets.com" which is associated with "Making Music, The National Federation of Music Societies" of which RTWCS is a member. Tickets purchased through them involve a 10% booking fee payable by the purchaser which includes provision for a donation to "Making Music". No other fee or commission is charged so RTWCS receives the full face value of the tickets.

WeGotTickets.com provide "E-tickets" - i.e. a booking reference similar to that provided for on-line airline tickets which can be exchanged for tickets on arrival at the concert. Details are explained on their website ("Buy Tickets" logo on Concert's page). Note that you will need to register with them so we know who you are when when you arrive at the venue (and for publicity which you can opt out of). Please read the instructions carefully. On completion of the transaction, they then send you a confirming email with your booking reference.

Alternatives to on-line booking

If you are willing to pay by cheque, tickets may be purchased through the choir, either through a member, by telephone or by post using the form on the reverse (2nd page) of the flyer for the concert in question. The current flyer (A5 poster in pdf format) can be downloaded from the Concerts page. However, please note that payment by credit or debit card is only possible through the on-line system.
